From 18 to 21st October 2007 took place in Fermo – Marche - Italy the First European meeting of the Partnership Transitions, a two year project approved by the LLP Programme, Grundtvig Partnership.  Over 30 participants were there sharing their methods and experiences on adult education.
“Narrative is a fundamental structure of human meaning making, and autobiographical writing is a major strand of narrative in adult education. Autobiographical writing is an activity through which learning is fostered. It responds to a tradition of activism which never considers the individual as blank sheet, it activates a more critical perspective on one’s life through telling and interpreting one’s self story”.
